How does TruSculpt® work?

truSculpt uses innovative Monopolar RF technology to selectively target fat and therapeutically heat it – until fat cells are eliminated by passing through the body naturally.
An average of 24% fat reduction is achieved in just one treatment.

How is this different than other body sculpting procedures?

This procedure is versatile and effective to treat a wide range of patients who may not be a candidate for other contouring procedures due to treatment location, skin type, fat thickness, and presence of skin laxity.
The treatment has minimal discomfort and has been compared to a hot stone massage.
There is no visible downtime after the procedure and normal activity can be resumed immediately.
The treatment time is dependent on the treatment size and how many areas are treated. Treatment time is typically 15 to 30 minutes to treat the abdomen and flanks.
Typically, only 1 treatment is needed. Maximum results are visible after 12 weeks. Additional treatments may be required to achieve the personalized results you desire.

The Results

You could see benefits as soon as one week after your first treatment. These will continue to improve with time and stay up to one year after you complete all your treatments. It is recommended to get one treatment every 1-3 weeks and an average of 6-8 treatments for a full result.

Using the truSculpt hand held device, we can manually sculpt areas of the body. This device is best for areas like the waist, the upper back, or areas that are more intricate. With the hand held device, we can localize the radiofrequency and distribute the heat to reach optimal coverage.

“How is this different from the hands-off cycles?”

The hand-held truSculpt device is manually operated by either a director or assistant. Similar to the hands-off device, the hand-held device is monitored constantly due to the use of radiofrequency. With the hands-off cycles, they are stationary on designated parts of the body. With the hand-held device, a director or assistant will move the device in an oval kike pattern across your areas of concern to ensure full coverage and to maintain the heat from the radiofrequency.
